When you buy boots from us we guarantee they will fit. If any problems
develop prior to going skiing we will refit or change the boot at no charge
and refund the difference if you choose a cheaper model.
If after skiing in the boots you discover any fit problems , we will continue to offer a free refitting service. Our boot fitting experts are able to solve most
common boot problems and have fully equipped workshops enabling them to customise your boots.
Finally, if despite our best efforts your boots prove
unsuitable and they have been skied for less than 14 days we will issue you with a credit for the value of your boots less the comfort guarantee.
