Quality in, quality out The more you can tell us about your skiing experiences and personal preferences, the better we can fit your boots.
Talk to us
A partnership between customer and technician
The quality of the communication between you and your boot fitter has a direct affect on the quality of the fit.
You need to give us accurate feedback on what you feel, it helps if you are not in a rush as sometimes this process can take up to two hours. More accurate feedback means we can sort out minor problems before you leave the store reducing the need for you to come back for re-fitting.
We want you to be happy in your new boots, but despite all our training and experience we have we can't achieve it without your input.
Provide Relevant Information
Once your feet have been measured and analysed, and we have talked about your skiing ability and goals, fitness, budget etc. we can select boots for you to try on. If you have experienced problems with ski boots before, perhaps due to an injury, make sure you tell us about it at the outset.
